Davis County Pride Board meetings are held monthly, generally on a Sunday evening, and are open to the public.  During these meetings there is a review and adoption of the prior meeting minutes, including actions taken between meetings, a review of finances, a call to the public, and a discussion of upcoming events and activations.  Meeting agendas and minutes are produced by the Board Secretary and can be made available upon request and approval by the board.  

Davis County Pride Board may additionally meet in a closed door meeting for executive matters or work sessions.  Attendance at these meetings is by invitation only.
